I Did It I Did It (in my Drake voice)

My brother and I went to the gym and had a great workout. This trainer gave us some tips on strength and flexibility. So we decided to do squats on the medicine ball (my first time doing it on the ball) and I was so hype that I did it. 

I was super hype but I couldn't do my happy dance on the ball. 

I'm all about getting that booty right so make sure you do your squats ladies. You don't need ass shots to get ass lol. 

Get Low Girl

I had a great workout today. I'm working on adding weights and getting low on my squats.
