Good Morning

Got my morning working out in at the gym. Today was upper body and I did a little core action. 


This ab roller is no joke. I remember I couldn't even do one but now I can do ten (whoo hoo). Def a great core workout. 


Make sure you workout today. 

I have to work off these past two weekends
